Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of hndwskirt.com and every product, service, and feature offered through it by Shuk Yin Limited. By visiting hndwskirt.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you must stop using hndwskirt.com immediately.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on hndwskirt.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout, and to update that information when it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for every activity conducted through your account. Notify Shuk Yin Limited immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Products, Pricing, and Orders

Shuk Yin Limited sells womenswear and related apparel. Product descriptions, measurements, and colour representations are prepared with care, and actual garment colour may vary according to screen settings and lighting. All prices are displayed at checkout in the currency shown. Shuk Yin Limited reserves the right to correct pricing errors, to limit order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order. If an order is cancelled by Shuk Yin Limited, any amount already paid is returned in full.

Payment

Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched. Accepted payment methods appear at checkout and are processed by third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. Shuk Yin Limited does not store complete payment card numbers.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are displayed during checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Shuk Yin Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect address information.

14 days No-Reason Return Policy

You may request a return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, you must submit the return request within 14 days of receipt, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Items marked as final sale are excluded. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shuk Yin Limited may decline a return and send the item back to you if these conditions are not met.

Refund Processing Times

After a returned item is received and inspected, Shuk Yin Limited approves or declines the refund and notifies you by email. Refund processing and arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Cash refunds are not available. Bank processing schedules are outside the control of Shuk Yin Limited and may extend the time before funds appear in your account.

PayPal Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date of approval. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days to reach your account. You agree that these timeframes form part of these Terms of Service and that Shuk Yin Limited is not liable for delays caused by PayPal or by applicable local law.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt of the order. Claims must include your order number, clear photographs of the item and its packaging, and a written description of the fault. Claims submitted after 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted, and Shuk Yin Limited will have no obligation to replace, repair, or refund the item. Approved damaged or defective claims are resolved by replacement or refund at the discretion of Shuk Yin Limited.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, and logos on hndwskirt.com are owned by Shuk Yin Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from hndwskirt.com without prior written permission from Shuk Yin Limited.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use hndwskirt.com to place fraudulent orders, to submit false return claims, to interfere with site security, to scrape content, or to breach any applicable law. Shuk Yin Limited may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

hndwskirt.com and its content are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shuk Yin Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of hndwskirt.com. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or from your use of hndwskirt.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes to These Terms

Shuk Yin Limited may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version takes effect when it is published on hndwskirt.com. Continued use of hndwskirt.com after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
